It started with a neighbor. As these things usually do.
Rather than leave a passive-aggressive note (or a passive-aggressive note that looked passive-aggressive), I made one that was just... direct. Hand-lettered. Honest. And maybe a little funny.
It turns out there were a lot of people, places, and situations I'd been meaning to address. So I did. One note at a time.
